Know Before You Go
PARKING & DIRECTIONS
Please visit our Parking & Directions page for the most up to date information on directions to our venues and parking (NOTE: Fisher Theatre Parking information has been updated on 2/1 for the Fisher Parking Structure on Grand Boulevard.)
Security protocols may vary slightly for each venue and show.
All patrons will be scanned through the use of walk-through metal detectors upon arrival at the Fisher Theatre Doors and all bags will be searched. We strongly recommend you bring only what you need for the few hours you will be in our venue.
Weapons of any kind are prohibited in the Fisher Theatre, this includes off-duty law enforcement and military persons.
Broadway In Detroit reserves the right to remove disruptive patrons WITHOUT refund. Everyone is at our venues to experience a wonderful performance, please do nothing to take that away from anyone.
ALL BAGS WILL BE SEARCHED PRIOR TO ENTRANCE.If your purse or bag will not fit easily in your lap or next to you on the floor between you and another patron, it is too large to bring to the theatre. Backpacks, suit cases, and other large containers are prohibited.
When you arrive at our venues, please have your tickets ready to be verified and scanned by our door hosts. For Mobile Tickets, we recommend reviewing our Mobile Ticketing Guide HERE prior to your arrival. For Ticketmaster Tickets, please DO NOT "Screenshot" your tickets. Ticketmaster uses a rotating barcode and your barcode may change by the time you reach our scanning stations. Prior to having your tickets scanned, please ensure that your phone is NOT on "Dark Mode."
FISHER THEATRE WIFI
We offer complimentary Wifi for our guests. Simply look for the network: FisherWifi upon arrival. You will need to connect to our wifi with a name and email address.
